Solid wood at its heart centre, engineered to stay strong while showing off its tree life lines and chamfered corner make this a classic West Coast piece.  Similar to lightning struck trees, the checks and cracks are torched to highlight the roots of these pieces.

Simple taper at first glance, visual balance is achieved by a perfect plum line between the chamfered corner and taper.  Use this for a touch of warmth in your modern industrial space.
