The original Ban rectangle table created back in 2017 for British artist and writer Nick Bantock best known for his Griffin and Sabine trilogy.  Our designer Kirk Van Ludwig, aperture already set playing with large format steel for several commercial projects. "I loved the question of how minimal can we make the arc before the piece becomes unbalanced while creating tension between the objects. Perfectly placed there is little theatre, however a slight twist in the leg creates seduction" Van Ludwig says.

The new Ban Round Table is available in all of our North American wood species with our trademark 'B6' chamfered edge that Autonomous is known for.
